My amazing diving technique on Christmas Day, showing off my diving skills compared to Yasmin 🙂

We made Jamie Olivers giant Turkey Wellington, we think it looked like a big pasty. Tasted good, the pastry keeps in all the juices to make it moist.

Inside it has cranberry sauce in the middle then turkey breast surrounded by a mix of 4 different mushrooms and then puff pastry from Cousin Jacks.

I’m on the way to work on Christmas eve. The train is completely empty, I’m the only person crazy enough to be working it seems.

Last night we went to have a look at the light projections on the St Mary’s Cathedral, just as it was about to begin, it started to rain hard bugger.

Sydney’s city is looking a lot more like Christmas now, all the city’s Christmas tree’s are out and look lovely.

Also the once a year Christmas busses are roaming the streets, there are a few busses dressed up like this, its just lucky if you jump on one, very festive.

Thank you to all my family & friends for all my Christmas, wedding anniversary and my birthday cards. I’ve collected them all up by the TV to see.

I was recently contracting at Qantas for 6 weeks and as part of their new staff program, all staff get to go on a full tour of Qantas engineering.

This was a amazingly interesting tour that you can’t even pay to go on, if they did I’m sure it would be so popular.

We had full access all over a Qantas 380 to explore, and I got to sit in the captains seat yipee!

Last week was something I’ve been waiting for years for. To see Jack Johnson live, I love his music, really good to listen to him play and sing live on the steps of the old famous ‘sails’

It would have been a perfect night if at the end he had sung my favourite song of his Constellations.
