Today was the rocks beer festival, small breweries from all over Australia.

Small gathering of friends came, Roland swanky pants came later.

This time of year these beautiful trees around the city always blossom. Here’s Sanna on the way to the local pub for a Sunday roast.

This has to be the meeting room with the best view ever. Its a secret meeting room in my offices building for the board and special guests.

It is right at roof level and has a full service kitchen attached, toilets and a bar. I hope staff are invited here for NYE fireworks, it will be great!

Today it feels like the perfect temp outside. About 28 degree’s, warm in the sun and cool in the shade, I wish I wasn’t stuck in a office most of the day

I have been busy in my workshop (well my car space) all weekend sanding, painting and spray painting the new stools for the Cousin Jacks outside seating.

I hope they look good from all the effort. I had to shower in mineral terps to get the paint off me!

The last week something has just changed, the cold chill in the air isn’t quite there. I went for my usual ride around centennial park this morning and there was the sweet smell of summer coming in the air.

Maybe it was these trees with their beautiful Red blossom that filled the air with sweetness. Whatever it was it was the unmistakeable smell of life getting ready to enjoy the sun again.
